Do you serve vegetarian or vegan meals?

Yes, over 90% of our dishes have a bespoke-specially-made vegetarian or vegan version available with our home-made vegan protein options like our homemade tofu, vegeballs, and soy sticks.

What’s the easiest way to get there by public transport?

Töölö is well connected with bus stops and tram stops nearby. Our closest stop is frequented by trams number 1, 2, and 8. We recommend you use Google Maps or HSL Route Planner and search for Runeberginkatu 59 or Ravintola Vietologie for your best route.

Are pets allowed inside the restaurant?

Yes pets are welcome inside our dining area, however please note that the space can be crowded at times so big pets may not be very comfortable. We also ask that you will try to manage their noise level for the comfort of other guests as well.

Can you host private events?

Yes we can host private events on our premises. Please email us if you are interested.

Do you offer catering?

Yes. Ravintola Vietologie provides catering for both private and corporate events. Our catering is primarily arranged for pickup or delivery, but full-service catering can also be organized on a case-by-case basis.

We can cater a wide range of occasions, including office lunches, meetings, birthdays, private gatherings, and Christmas parties. Tell us your group size, date, and preferences, and we’ll suggest a tailored menu also featuring dishes you can't see on our regular menu.

How far in advance should we book catering?

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for larger orders. For short-notice requests (same day or next day), please give us a call and we’ll confirm what we’re able to accommodate.

Is Restaurant Vietologie a dine-in restaurant?

Yes. Ravintola Vietologie is a relaxed Vietnamese restaurant where you can enjoy lunch and dinner on-site. We also offer takeaway and home delivery.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but we use a variety of ingredients in the same kitchen and cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free preparation. Please always inform our staff about any allergies before ordering and we’ll help you choose a suitable dish and, when possible, leave out ingredients that cause issues.

Can you make a dish without certain ingredients?

In most cases, yes, depending on the dish. Many items can be adjusted, so tell us what you’d like to avoid and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the most common payment methods, including card payments and contactless (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, etc.), cash, as well as ePassi, Smartum, lunch vouchers, and Edenred cards. If you need a specific payment method, let us know and we’ll check what we can do.
