We are open everyday: Mon-Thu 11:00 - 19:00 and Fri-Sun 12:00 - 19:00
Do you serve vegetarian or vegan meals?
Yes, over 90% of our dishes have a bespoke-specially-made vegetarian or vegan version available with our home-made vegan protein options like our homemade tofu, vegeballs, and soy sticks.
What’s the easiest way to get there by public transport?
Töölö is well connected with bus stops and tram stops nearby. Our closest stop is frequented by trams number 1, 2, and 8. We recommend you use Google Maps or HSL Route Planner and search for Runeberginkatu 59 or Ravintola Vietologie for your best route.
Are pets allowed inside the restaurant?
Yes pets are welcome inside our dining area, however please note that the space is can be crowded at times so big pets may not be very comfortable. We also ask that you will try to manage their noise level for the comfort of other guests as well.
Can you host private events?
Yes we can host private events on a case-by-case basis. Most convenient would be hosting private events outside our opening hours.
What payment methods you accept?
We accept all common payment types including card, contactless (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Wallet, etc.), cash, ePassi, Smartum, lunch vouchers, and Edenred cards. If there is a payment type you need, let us know and we will try to figure it out.

Is Vietologie a dine-in restaurant?
Yes, Vietologie is an all‑day casual Vietnamese restaurant with a cozy atmosphere for lunch and dinner, plus takeaway and delivery.
Do you take reservations?
Yes we take reservations for all times of the day currently. Please book on our website at vietologie.com/vietologie-reservations or by calling us at +358 458 591 633.
Do you do pre-order takeaway or delivery?
Yes, pre-ordering, takeaway and delivery are all available at Vietologie. We ask that you call us (+358 458 591 633) to place a order ahead of time if you are in a rush. Delivery is carried out by our partners Foodora and (soon) Wolt.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We can try our best to prevent cross-contamination, but we handle multiple different ingredients in one kitchen so we can not provide any promises or guarantees of zero contamination. Please tell our staff before ordering and we can help you choose a suitable dish and omit allergy-inducing ingredients from your meal.
Can you make food without certain ingredients?
Most likely yes, depending on the dish. Our dishes are highly customizable so you can tell us what you need to avoid or don't like and we’ll do our best.
Do you offer catering?
Yes, Vietologie offers catering for private and corporate events. We primarily offer pick-up or drop-off catering, but full-service catering may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
We can cater for many sorts of events: office lunches, meetings, birthdays, private events, pikkujoulut, etc.
Tell us your group size, date, and preferences, and we can propose a personalized menu that includes dishes beyond our regular menu.
How far in advance should I book catering?
We recommend you contact us as early as possible, especially for larger orders. For short notice (same day or next day orders) please call and we'll confirm what we can do.
